On September 12, during the 2025 China International Fair for Trade in Services (CIFTIS), the Beijing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau hosted the HR Services Industry Integration and Innovation Development Conference at Shougang Park. Elevated to a CIFTIS thematic forum for the first time, the event extended the global reach of "Beijing Service" through results announcements, partnership signings, and business matching sessions.
The conference released the Beijing International Professional Qualification Recognition Catalogue (2025 Edition), expanding to 163 items across IT, tech services, and finance. The Beijing New Quality Productive Forces HR Development Catalogue (2025 Edition) issued the first technical skills professional evaluation guide, opening dual-track advancement pathways.
Several globally-oriented collaboration projects were launched, including a partnership between the Beijing HR Service Industry Association, Beijing Normal University Science & Technology Group, and Pearson Group. The China-Indonesia Cross-Border Industry HR Service Alliance was formally established.
The first batch of Chinese Enterprise HR Internationalization Service Liaison Stations was unveiled, spanning 11 countries and regions including Singapore, Germany, Australia, Indonesia, and the UK.
CRBPO was invited to attend the CIFTIS thematic forum and was awarded the inaugural qualification. At the plaque presentation ceremony, General Manager Fu Weijia participated throughout and accepted the Sweden station bronze plaque on behalf of the company.
